Themes and customization:
- Blogger: You can edit template layouts, styles and colors, or install a third party theme. but the problem is the themes provided by blogger is slightly outdated or very simple. I you rely on a third party themes you can find a nice one.
- Wordpress: You cannot edit template at all. Style sheet editing is only available as a paid upgrade. Many of the 60+ themes let you upload a header image But ome have additional customization options.
- Blogger: Only from another BlogSpot blog.
- Wordpress: Import from Blogger, Yahoo! 360, Live·JournaI, Type·Pad, MovabIe·Type or another WordPress blog.
- Blogger: 1 Gigabyte free. There is no interface to browse through the images unless you sign up for Picasa Web Albums. You may additional storage froom google's Picasa Web Albums
- Wordpress: 3 Gigabytes. Paid upgrades are available to add more space. You can also upload .ppt, .doc, .odt and .pdf files (more file types with an upgrade).
- Blogger: You can use Picasa Web Albums.
- Wordpress: Simply add the tag [gallery] to any post or page (more info).
- Blogger: Up to 10 web pages can be created
- Wordpress: Create posts or 'pages'. Static pages are listed in separate menus.
- Blogger: 'Labels'
- Wordpress: 'Categories'
- Blogger: Submit your posts by email. You can receive new posts by email too (helpful for team blogs).
- Wordpress: Submit your posts by email. Images can be attached
- Blogger: Administrators and non-administrators only.

Conclusion: If you want a good looking blog for you go for wordpress free 3 GB storage will be enough for you but the limitation is there you can not customize a lot. on the same time if you want more customization you are welcomed to blogger where you can customize your whole template even use a third party template and a lot of other option are there. Additionally you may also montanize your blog to earn some money from your blog. 1 GB is not a good storage for your all images because picasa web albom also stores your personal images(i.e. Shared storage) but you can opt for.
