Claim you blog on Technorati

Technorati is an Internet search engine for searching blogs. The name Technorati is a blend of the words technology and literati. It was founded by Dave Sifry and its headquarters are in San Francisco, California, in June 2008. In 2009 Technorati decided to stop indexing blogs and sites in languages other than English in order to focus only on the English Blogosphere. As a result, thousands of sites in various languages are no longer rated by the Technorati service.

Technorati now publishes high quality, fully edited, original content daily on a wide range of topics, written by hundreds of member writers.

Technorati looks at tags that authors have placed on their websites. These tags help categorize search results, with recent results coming first and rates each blog's "authority", the number of unique blogs linking to the blog over the previous six months.

After signup process you have to claim your blog for which you are writing for. after claiming a blog you will aske for publishing the code in a post the code is like this:

After publishing the code you have to ping technorati to search the feed of your site to recognize you. Technorati recognizes authors on the blog.
